Notes:
  1. If you refer us to a new–to–camp family, and they are accepted, you will receive an additional $25/family(1 wk) or $50/family(2 wk) credit.
  2. The Teen Session fee includes transportation costs, camping fee, park entrance fees, and equipment rental fees.
  3. If you sign up for a second session for the same person, then you will receive a $200 discount on that session's fee.
Camp Fee Payment:
A deposit is payable with registration - non-refundable after May 1.  One half of the balance is due May 1, and the remainder on or before arrival at camp.  For campers wishing to attend more than one session, family visiting arrangements are made for the change-over weekend.
Please note: early registrations are strongly encouraged.  See Note 1 below for a fee reduction opportunity.

If you wish to submit the application and pay the registration fee electronically, please fill out the application form below, save it to your computer and then email it to:  office@campwoodbrooke.org.  Then click on the PayPal Pay Now logo below and pay the registration fee or any amount greater than that.  When you are redirected to PayPal's website, enter the amount you are paying now into the item price box, click on the Update link and then proceed with the PayPal instructions.  Full payments are always welcome up front to help with our cash flow during the camp year.  (Note:  PayPal charges us 2.3% for each online payment.  If you wish to support us, you may add that amount to your payment but you are not required to do so.  Thank you.)  Thanks.
Note: We will be upgrading this method to a true online registration in the near future.  We are offering this temporary method now to accommodate some requests for online registration/payment now.  You may still submit a paper copy of the registration and pay with a check if you wish.  It is your option.

Problems with filling out or printing these PDF forms? See the following notes:
1: It seems that Google Chrome browser has changed its method of handling PDF files.  Other browsers don't have a problem.  If you use Google Chrome then download the PDF file.  If you then save it to your computer and then fill it out and return it via email, there is no problem.  If you fill it out in Google Chrome browser, then, after you fill it out, you must choose the Print option and then choose the Save As PDF option in the print menu.  Then save it to your computer.  Then you can attach it to your email.  That seems to work.

2:  Some folks have problems printing these forms (and other PDF files) from their browsers.  If you are experiencing this problem, it is normally because you do not have a recent version of Adobe Reader or some other program on your computer.  To print out these forms when you are experiencing this problem, please save the file to your computer and then open it up directly (not in your browser) with Adobe Reader or some other PDF reading program.
