2011 has been a good year with four successful camp sessions, two small teen sessions, a May Day Birding and Wildflower Weekend, and the Labor Day Family Camp.  We also held several workdays with some overnight camping.  And we’ve made many new friends with families whose children were new campers.  We love their enthusiasm.  Click here for a report on this year.

On Monday, August 8, 2011 we closed on the purchase of an additional 42 acres for Camp Woodbrooke.  These 42 acres include a one acre parcel where the garage and garden are located, a one acre parcel where the counselor's cabin is located and 40 acres which touch on the NE corner of our east 40 acres containing the barn and boys cabins.  A combination of personal donations and loans made this possible.  Thank you so much to the people who have been willing to support the camp in this way.
