Camp Fee Payment:
Most registrations come in February through March. A deposit of $300 is payable with registration - non-refundable after May 1. One half of the balance is due May 1, 2009, and the remainder on or before arrival at camp. For campers wishing to attend more than one session, family visiting arrangements are made for the change-over weekend.
Please note: early registrations are strongly encouraged. Note: some folks have problems printing these forms (and other PDF files) from their browsers. If you are experiencing this problem, it is normally because you do not have a recent version of Adobe Reader or some other program on your computer. To print out these forms when you are experiencing this problem, please save the file to your computer and then open it up directly (not in your browser) with Adobe Reader or some other PDF reading program.
Young Camper Application Form:
The 2010 Young Camper Registration Form is available for download here. Note that other permission forms and a health form will be required to be submitted before or at the time the camper arrives at Camp Woodbrooke. These forms will be sent to you after receipt and acceptance of the 2010 Registration Form.
Teen Application Form:
The 2010 Teen Registration Form is available for download here. Be sure you read the full description of the teen program before starting the application. Click here for more information. Note that other permission forms and a health form will be required to be submitted before or at the time the camper arrives at Camp Woodbrooke. These forms will be sent to you after receipt and acceptance of the 2010 Registration Form.
Camperships:
Some scholarship funds are available through the Camp Woodbrooke Scholarship Fund. There is also a 5% discount for the 2nd and 3rd (and 4th) children in a family. Please contact us at info@campwoodbrooke.org for paper scholarship forms or you may download them here and print them out: Scholarship Applications for all Campers are available for download here.
Notes:
* The Teen Session fee includes transportation costs, camping fee, park entrance fees, and equipment rental fees.
